I thought it was absolutely hideous that they didn't include Farrah Fawcett in their memorial. I'm glad they remembered Brittany Murphy though because I feel like her death was widely reported for a few days and then quickly forgotten. As was Farrah's but at least she had her iconic status to keep her in people's memories.
And Zoe Saldana's dress was quite possibly the worst dress I've EVER seen. People can flying stop giving Bjork hell for her swan gown now because Zoe MOS DEF topped that one. _________________ Beauty fades. Dumb is forever. |

I liked the John Hughes tribute, they could have expanded it even more though. _________________ Last.FM / Tumblr |

Yeah the John Hughes tribute was probably one of my favorite parts of the show. I didn't grow up in the 80's but those movies still take me back to MY teen years (which was like 7 years ago hahaha) because John Hughes movies seem to cross into every generation. Molly Ringwald still looks great but Ally Sheedy...lets just say age has caught up with her. Anthony Michael Hall and Judd Nelson were damn near unrecognizable. _________________ Beauty fades. I know this was so three years ago, but as someone who doesn't watch awards shows, I was happy to catch this moment with a number of my friends who are all huge fans of his movies. _________________ My username is apexsensation. But you can call me Jason if you'd like.
I'm now on Facebook, and will probably add you if you ask. |
