I recently came across this Motion City Soundtrack cover Pictures of Success. It's ok, but I was also wondering what other bands have covered Rilo Kiley

Yeah, I think Ben Gibbard is the only other "known" musician I've heard of covering Rilo Kiley. Of course there are a bunch of amateur covers up on YouTube, though I'm not courageous enough to watch through them looking for the good ones. That reminds me that this forum put together a couple fan tribute compilations back in the day. I'm sure the download links are long dead now. There was talk of doing a 3rd comp, but it never quite came together. (Hey, maybe it's time someone resurrect it!) See the sticky topic in the tab forum. _________________ Rilo Kiley Place - nice

I used to love Motion City Soundtrack back in the day but that cover is atrocious
I agree. It's not very good. Who do you guys think would do an amazing job at covering Rilo Kiley? I think if Alabama Shakes did a cover of Silver Lining it would sound great
