There is something so nice about this. I'm failing to come up with sufficient adjectives, but it made me sublimely happy.

Aw, that was adorable. I love it.

I don't think I've actually listened to his album the whole way through yet, just different songs here and there. Have to get on that.

That means it's entirely possible that we'll get a Jenny video before the end of the year.

I really hope his album performs well. It's excellent.

That's a good song. I haven't bought the album because I'm poor, but now it's on the Christmas list.

It's worth buying. I like his album even more than Jenny's.

I met Pierre and his wife Sunday night...they are incredibly sweet...

and I really dig his album...I'm pretty convinced I like it better than Acid Tongue...

and I remember seeing that funky car while driving around Silverlake...

I *definitely* like it more than Acid Tongue. He put something together that was very solid musically and the songs are very cohesive with one another.

You know that's the reason why I preferred RFC to AC because it sort of felt like the songs for AC were just thrown together and with RFC they were all connected like the songs were brothers and sisters or something.

This video was really cute. Not gonna lie, I barely checked out Pierre's album when it came out. I listened to one song and I didn't really dig it but after watching the video and I kinda like it. It's cute.

ahh, I feel the same way about AT...it did feel just thrown together at the last minute...and you're right, Pierre's album is very cohesive...and I love the fact that my entire family also likes it, which is kinda odd to find an album that we all enjoy...

That may pinpoint why I didn't like AT as much as I'd hoped. It's weird how that can make that big of a difference.

well, I had such high expectations and hopes for AT that it just fell completely flat for me...I listen to the Elected's Sun Sun Sun more than any other album because it's so perfect in every way to me...so if the Elected's next isn't as amazing, it might just break my heart...and I suppose I didn't know what to expect from Pierre's album that it was quite a pleasant surprise....

Sun is pretty close to perfect for me as well. I've always liked what Blake as released (RK or otherwise) so I'm sure that if/when the next Elected album gets off the ground it'll be good.
