Well I don't really have drum mics, so I set one mic up between the hi-hat and snare to pick both of those up..One in front of the bass. A condensor mic to pick up all the cymbals (placed in front/between all cymbals), and a final one pointed at the toms. Only because that is as many tracks as I can get going simultaneously. That's what I do, and it's not the greatest hi-quality professional setup, but it's better than some.
Also, put me down for "It Was Love". I am done with all of the main parts. Just need drums. I warn you all though, do not get too excited..I sound nothing like Blake. Confused

ok, kids... does everyone know when finals and stuff are for school? i know alot of people participating are in high school/ college, so I was thinking I would set a due date for after finals or something. I wish I still had finals. Being a college grad in the real world really stinks.

Live it up people!!

Anyway, I know it's a long way off considering it's only almost March, but I figure June-ish will help people alot and maybe get some more involved, no?

hey, im sorry but i have to drop off this tribute

it pains me since i was on both the 1st and 2nd, but i figure i need to give better musicians a shot at things haha

and also, i broke my index finger and cant really play any guitar for a while so, now that im off, emotional will be up for grabs for anyone who wants to attempt it

I was wonderinf if there is still time to get a song recorded and submitted to be a part of this awesome tribute...I would love to do a version of with arms outstretched if no one has called dibs on it yet...
If someone has already done this song let me know a.s.a.p. i'll probably learn a few over the next few days in case someone has already picked it.
